How GISDAS works: [Graph Industrial Sales and Distribution Application Software] We are working on developing industrial sales and distribution application software to automate the sales and distribution processes of the pharmaceutical industry, where we have brought the medicine supply process from CDC (Center for Distribution Control) to the pharmacy under automation. When the finished product of the pharmaceutical industry comes to the CDC and goes from the CDC to the pharmacy, i.e. the supply line or chain from the CDC to the pharmacy, we have brought it under automation. An MPO goes to the pharmacy and cuts the order according to the demand of the pharmacy and this demand of the customer comes to the CDC through the depot. When CDC generates the invoice of this order, the system will immediately generate GDN (Good Delivery Note) and GRN (Good Receive Note) will be generated against this GDN and the product will be delivered accordingly. According to GRN, the sales person will collect the remittance and generate his statement and also generate the statement of the amount of cash handover cashed.
